Payment Method
Please make the cheque payable to “Hong Kong Society for Coloproctology Ltd.” with your name, Institution and Country indicated clearly on the back of the cheque.

For overseas applicants, please make the payment by bank draft (personal cheque will not be accepted)

Please note that admission to the Symposium cannot be guaranteed unless full payment has been received.

Cancellation and refund policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the 2nd IESS Secretariat Miss Kathy Wu (pyneh_mastc@ha.org.hk). Cancellation of registration received before 27 November, 2009 will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. All refunds will be sent after the symposium ends.
